D. Todd Wulfhorst was raised in Denver, North Carolina and
received his B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Pennsylvania
State University in 1989. He received his J.D. degree from the University
of North Carolina in 1992. He began the practice of law in Denver in 1992
with the Jonas Law Firm and became a partner in 1996. He left the Jonas
Law Firm in January, 2000 and joined Kennedy & Wulfhorst, PA (formerly
Kennedy & Black, PA).
He is Chairman of the Lake Norman Marine Commission and
a member of the Board of Directors of the Piedmont Council BSA.
Mr. Wulfhorst currently serves as attorney for the Lincolnton-Lincoln
County Airport Authority. He is a member of Unity Presbyterian Church,
Denver. Mr. Wulfhorst resides in Denver with his wife, Catherine.

F. Wesley Sigmon was born and raised in Denver, North
Carolina, and has returned to work in the area where his family has been
located since Catawba County was formed. He attended Bandys High School, and
upon graduation attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Mr. Sigmon graduated in 2004 from UNC Chapel Hill with a B.A. in political
science. He attended North Carolina Central University and received his
Juris Doctor in 2008, whereafter he began his legal career at Sigmon, Sigmon,
and Isenhower that same year. Mr. Sigmon joined Kennedy and Wulfhurst in
August of 2009.
Mr. Sigmon is a member of Mt. Pleasant United Methodist
Church in Sherrills Ford, North Carolina. He lives in Terrell, North
Carolina with his wife, Lyndsi and son Luke.
